Users
This Site is available exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of majority and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password/passphrase and account.
Additionally, you are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account or that result from accessing or using the Site with your password/passphrase or account. Each user is individually responsible for their transmissions.

Warranties
The information and services available through the Site may contain inaccuracies or errors. FGE Solar may make improvements and/or changes to the Site at any time without prior notice. FGE Solar does not guarantee that access to or use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that bugs or malfunctions will be corrected, or that the Site and its servers are free from harmful components. FGE Solar does not guarantee that the use of its Site or the materials provided within it are accurate, error-free, or reliable.
You acknowledge and agree that FGE Solar is not responsible or liable for any messages you receive, even if they are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or if they infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of others.
You understand that FGE Solar will not be liable for any injuries or damages related to the use of, loss of use of, or inability to use the Site. FGE Solar does not guarantee that message keys will always be available and is not responsible for lost keys for any reason. The user is solely responsible for any and all information transmitted using the Site.
You agree to accept the Site "as is" and use it at your own risk. FGE Solar disclaims all representations, warranties, and guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that FGE Solar will not be liable for any injuries or damages of any kind. This Section 5 is a fundamental part of the agreement between you and FGE Solar. Neither the Site nor the service would be maintained without such disclaimers and limitations of liability in effect.
Refund Policy
In the event that a refund is needed for Solar PV for home, if the refund is requested before the NEM application, all deposits paid will be refunded to the customer, minus any applicable credit card fees. The refunded amount will be credited to your designated bank account within 7-10 business days of the request.
If the refund is requested after the NEM application, the refund will be calculated after deducting application fees and any applicable credit card fees. Refunds for solar ventilators will be processed if requested before installation, minus any applicable credit card fees. Refunds are not available once installation is complete.
Delivery Method
All system will be installed by our installation team within period agreed upon case closed.
Export Control Laws
The export of any information from this Site is governed by all applicable Malaysian Export Control laws. No content from this Site may be downloaded or exported in violation of these laws or any other regulations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement and all other aspects related to your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of Malaysia, irrespective of its conflict of laws principles.
Both parties agree to the jurisdiction and acknowledge that all claims and disputes arising from this User Agreement or your use of the Site will be submitted to and resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, in accordance with the rules set by the Malaysia Arbitration Association. These claims shall not be combined with any arbitration involving claims or controversies from other parties. Any judgment on the arbitration award may be enforced in any court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Either you or FGE Solar may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction as needed to safeguard the rights or property of you or FGE Solar while awaiting the completion of arbitration.
