Liu Yang lives in a larger house where motors, air conditioners, and refrigerators run 24/7, leading to an average monthly electricity bill of RM 1,800 to RM 1,900, especially with family members staying home during the pandemic. Seeking ways to reduce these costs, they initially considered installing solar panels but believed they would be too expensive. However, after noticing that their bills remained high RM 1,300 even with few people at home they decided to explore the option further and researched solar panel costs. A simple Google search led them to contact several companies, and FGE Solar was the first to respond, while the others took 2-3 weeks to get back to them.
